Busy as hell during lunch and especially during tourist season as folks are transiting through Niceville en route to the Emerald Coast beaches. I've eaten here more than 5 times and have always experienced the quality and precision expected from the best fast food chain in America.

Super busy during lunch. Parking lot is small and drive through not well set up as people are a holes blocking the exit to the road coming out of the drive through. All that said, the nuggets were deliciously fresh & staff was great!

Yummy food as usual. Yes it's always crowded but that is to be expected as it is delicious and affordable. I eat here when I can and love it.

Bad place, The overcharge my cc, The cashier made a "refund" when nothing the mistake, after a week, don't show nothing in my bank about the refund just the charges, I call the manager( stephany) and she said, I have to come back to the store, for give me some answers, I replied I was only in vacations and 10 hrs far away, she only said my bad, and hang the phone

And here we go...not particularly pleased with the way my dining experience went tonight. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich add extra cheese and bacon. Specifically asked for the bacon to be crispy...which you can do...20 seconds in the microwave...I'm ok with that. Paid for both of those extras and received neither. Take my sandwich back up and I wait like 10 minutes for my new one. 3 times the time it took to get my first. Bacon has been slightly heated and I now have 2 slices of COLD cheese on my sandwich to go with the NOW COLD waffle fries on my table. On the plus side...staff is super friendly...so thank you for them.

Look..Chick Fil A needs another good review from me less than Meg Ryan needs another bad Face Lift.....everyone already knows they do one thing(Chicken) and they do it right...that their stores are spotless...that their customer service is legendary and their employees are the only ones in Fast Food that don't look like they want to kill you and/or themselves when taking your order...all of those positive traits have been talked about ad nauseum, so lets show Chick-Fil-A's greatness in numbers against KFC For Fiscal Year 2013 KFC had 4491 stores open every day of the week...those stores did 4.2 Billion in Sales for an average of 938,000 a store Chick-Fil A with only 1775 stores and only open 6 Days a week had 5 Billion in Sales for an average of 3.2 Million a store.. staggering when you think about it...to quote D-Day in Animal House..'War's over man..Chick-Fil-A dropped the big one" I'm not sure why other fast food chains can't operate like Chick-Fil-A does, because it's clear how the customers feel about this chain..I don't think it's a coincidence that the two best run fast food chains(Chick-Fil-A and In N Out) are both family owned as opposed to being corporately run like most of the nasty fast food operations littering the landscape The only negative about this store is the parking lot is a nightmare ,because it's horribly designed for traffic flow and always packed to the gills...if you get blocked in by the Drive Thru line you may be able to back out by next Tuesday..other than that it's a great store to get your sandwich and nugget fix at..like all Chick-Fil-A's..5 stars

I really like this location... except for the way the drive thru is set up.. it's way too small if you're driving an F 150.. but the food is always really great... pretty much crazy about their waffle cut french fries.. and the shakes don't taste like artificial flavoring...... location is clean inside and out.. even bathrooms are clean.. nice little place to grab a chicken sandwich with my kids...

Employee are very friendly. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe meal everything was super fresh. Please was very clean including the bathrooms. I can say this was the best Chick-fil-A I had been to in a long time.

Wow, this place has really gotten out of control with their prices. Almost $8 for a value meal? Seriously? It's not that good. I mean it's delish, but $8 is steep for fast food. Service is always friendly, quick and cheerful. Stick with the kid's meal for $3.80. You get 6 nuggets, a small fries and a drink. Hey, it's still as fulfilling, 1/2 the calories and pretty cheap.

Love this place! The chicken is the best fast food chicken you can get! The staff run an orderly counter, the place is spotless, and I love that they tend to you while you dine. The milkshakes are incredible!!

::sad face:: wilted salad under my chix. I had to take it back. The manager was super nice and got me a new one asap. Large portions of chicken (moreso than the chick fil as i have visited in orlando).

I can't go a week without my Chick! They do it right, from the service at the drive through to the piping hot waffle fries, ummmm good, oh, and and have you had one of their specialty milkshakes lately? I don' know how they do so many things so well - but they do.
